Here are some of my favorite workout accounts that I follow and go by for my workouts.

My first favorite is Asheligh Jordan. She is my favorite because she organizes her account so well. All of her videos have a title with what the workout is working. This is different than most accounts that just post the video and then explain what it is working in the caption. For example, if I am looking for a video of a leg workout, with her account I don’t even have to click on multiple posts, scroll or read captions to find a leg workout; I just look at her account and click on the video that is labeled “legs”. I also love how she posts regularly but not too much. On top of all of that, she posts videos of her explain certain workouts. Her actually explaining it is so helpful and helps me understand.

Another favorite is “fit healthy workouts“. I love this account because it not only has good workouts to follow and learn, but they post some crazy challenging workouts that motivate me. For example, there are some of women flipping tires, using cement as weights, etc. It amazing to see how these women are so strong. Some of them are SHREDDED and personally I wouldn’t want to be that muscular; but its so cool to see what putting your mind to fitness can do for your body.

Lastly, “fitfemalesclub” is another favorite. I love this account not only because of course the workouts but this is the only account I have noticed that regularly posts pictures that motivates me. There are so many pictures of just simply tone, slim and fit bodies and seeing that motivates me to look like that.

All of these accounts are so helpful, inspirational and motivating. I love following their workouts and seeing results because of my determination.

I am so happy with how far I have come. This blog kept me motivated. Moving forward I am going to start to work on what I eat and how much water I drink while still focusing on working out!
